The Dishwasher plays an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized and ready for service. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing and storing dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware, along with regular restroom checks, trash collection, and maintaining designated back-of-house and waste areas. The position reports to the Executive Chef and works closely with kitchen leadership.
