1. What is East River?

East River rises on Buffalo Bayou, opening more than 150 acres of waterfront property that had been closed to the Houston community for generations. 2. What is the Phase I of Development?
The first phase of East River is a mixed-use project on approximately 26 acres at the intersection of Jensen Drive and Clinton Drive. This project includes:
